Redefining Technical Search for USA Defense & Semiconductors

In collaboration with a USA-based veteran-led firm, this project transformed how elite talent is sourced for the National Security and Semiconductor sectors. I identified that the existing brand felt too transactional; it needed a user-friendly, high-authority interface to engage senior engineering leaders and Defense stakeholders.

Through an in-depth research phase, I uncovered a need for a platform that prioritized accessibility and technical "Mission Intelligence". The resulting redesign focused on a structured design system to streamline high-stakes navigation and ensure a seamless mobile experience for executives in the field.
