Designing Trust and Clarity in Dementia Care

Caring Services is an Ohio-based senior care consultancy supporting families through emotionally complex decisions, including senior placements, dementia education, and end-of-life doula services. The challenge was to move beyond a static, informational site and design an experience that conveyed trust, empathy, and clarity.

Research revealed that users often arrive under stress, needing reassurance and clear next steps. The redesign focused on simplifying decision-making through strong information architecture, accessible UI patterns, and human-centered storytelling.
